TekRek Solutions is Hiring an Office Manager Near Menlo, CA

Qualifications:

Assist our Office Coordinator and Receptionist on site as needed Reception coverage, Event planning, coordinating and Concierge support

Overseeing the day to day office

Amenity support (meetings, events, team building exercises)

AV set up support for meetings

Office supply ordering, stocking

Coffee/Kitchen amenity stocking & support

Space Management in the Serra view system

Reception functions in the absence of receptionist (greeting visitors, answering phones, badging etc.)

SharePoint Management

Vendor Management support (cleaning, plants, repairs as needed)

Communicating with Landlord as it pertains to our office

Submitting work orders for office repairs

Invoicing for office services

New hire onboarding support (on site and virtual)

General (other) office related support

Assisting the Regional Office Manager as needed for the Boston Office

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Benefits:

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Menlo Park, CA 94025: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
